The way work is organised in today’s world is also changing. Every day, our self-organising, multidisciplinary teams delve into the shifting boundaries of doing business, cooperating, transforming and innovating in the digital age.
Together with our customers, we work on pioneering digital innovations in our Connext Lab. Innovations that often result in new business models, making our customers leaders in their industry. Customers who give our work an average score of 8.2.

From attic room to four branches
Connect Holland was founded in 1999 by Jeroen Soeterbroek. Even back then, digital was flowing through our veins. And this is still the case today, as our customers can testify. We are a group of pioneers that started out in an attic room in Rotterdam and grew into an enterprise with branches in Amsterdam, Rotterdam (HQ) and Heerlen. Always with that enterprising DNA that characterises us. We have been part of the Connext Digital Group since 2019.

Tech Fridays

We spend an average of 20% of our time each year learning and innovating. For example, we are currently experimenting with voice, building offer projects with AI/ML and establishing our own data science team. With our friends from RauwCC, we are working on nifty native apps based on Augmented Reality.
We share our knowledge during biweekly demos and our monthly Connext gathering. If we haven’t been clear enough already: learning is a key priority at our company.
